Hi there,
On Wednesday, May 27th we upgraded our infrastructure. These changes will make the WISK platform more efficient, secure, and better equipped to roll out new features.
When you log in for the first time after these changes you will need to reset your password if you already have an account. If you have any problems receiving the email to reset your password please contact [email protected] or reach out in the chat.
Important: As part of these changes, when you enter your email address to log in it will now only accept lowercase letters. If you use a capital letter it will display an error message. Please try again with all lowercase letters and you should be able to log in without issue.
Hi there,
There was an issue with version 2.3.7 of the mobile app that made it so items wouldn't appear for some users.
This has been fixed in version 2.3.8. Your device should have downloaded this update automatically.
If you are still having issues seeing items, please take the following steps:
1. Tap "More" on the bottom menu bar

2. Check you have app version 2.3.8 downloaded and tap "Clear on-device database"

3. Tap "Confirm". It will take a few moments for your device to resync with the WISK servers

If you still can't see your items after this, please reach out to WISK Support.
