• Transfers to Partner Venues - These have been moved from the "Invoices / Returns" page to the "Transfers" page 🔄
• Draft Invoices - Final Approval Status - If the WISK Team processes your invoices, you can now opt into having final approval ☑️
• Purchase Orders on Web - The "Mark as received" option on the actions menu now allows you to add an invoice from a PO, or link a PO to an existing invoice💲
• Toast POS Integration: Open Item Support - Our Toast integration now creates separate POS Items if something is punched under an Open Item 💻

Hey there,

If your venue uses Transfers to Partner venues, they now appear on the "Transfers" page instead of the "Invoices / Returns" page.

To add new Transfers to Partner venues, you can do this under the "Actions" Menu on the "Transfers" page.

Transfers to Partner venues and transfers between areas both appear on this page. The "Operation" column tells the difference between the two actions.

November was another busy month for the team with updates to both the web and mobile app.

Check out some of the highlights ❄️:

• POS Item History - There is now a "History" tab on each POS Item that shows how the cost changes over time 📈
• iOS Offline Mode Improvements - More elements have been added to the UI to make it clearer when you are in offline mode when taking an inventory count ❗
• New System Views for Comparing Item Variation Costs - If you have items with multiple variations, we've added new preset reporting views to make it easier to see all variations to compare costs 💲
• View Distributor Notes when Ordering - If you've added notes for a distributor, they'll display in a tooltip when placing an order to them 🗒️

Hey there,

A new column called "Depletions" has been added to the variance and consumption reports.

Previously, any depletions added were factored into the "Invoices" column as a negative value. For example, if you received 10 units of an item, and then added a depletion of 5, the Invoices total would have shown 5 units.

Now there is a separate column to show depletions. Depletions always remove stock from the venue. This change does not impact any calculations, depletions are still subtracted from your consumption.

In the example above, if no depletion was entered there would have been a variance of -5 units, in other words an unexplained loss.

October was busy month with lots of updates and behind the scenes changes to improve loading speeds on the WISK Web Portal.

Check out some of the highlights 🍂:

• Swapping Items - When using the "Swap" feature you can now choose the specific POS Items and Batches that the ingredient will be replaced with. Before it applied to all POS Items and Batches 🔄
• Item Cost UI Updates - When viewing your item costs it now shows if the cost was from an invoice or set manually 💲
• Invoice Scanning Flow - After scanning an invoice using the app, you're now prompted if you want to scan another, either for the same or a different distributor. This should speed up the scanning process 📰
• Show All Ingredients - If a POS Item contains a batch, there is now a checkbox to see all ingredients in the batch and how they contribute to the overall cost of the POS Item

• Prefill by WISK Par (Sales) - You can now prefill your orders using WISK Par based on your sales data 🚚
