October was busy month with lots of updates and behind the scenes changes to improve loading speeds on the WISK Web Portal.

Check out some of the highlights 🍂:

• Swapping Items - When using the "Swap" feature you can now choose the specific POS Items and Batches that the ingredient will be replaced with. Before it applied to all POS Items and Batches 🔄
• Item Cost UI Updates - When viewing your item costs it now shows if the cost was from an invoice or set manually 💲
• Invoice Scanning Flow - After scanning an invoice using the app, you're now prompted if you want to scan another, either for the same or a different distributor. This should speed up the scanning process 📰
• Show All Ingredients - If a POS Item contains a batch, there is now a checkbox to see all ingredients in the batch and how they contribute to the overall cost of the POS Item

We have finalized the Cost Calculator on the POS Items page. Now you can:

• Cost out new menu items using your latest costs
• Experiment with changes to current menu items

You can do all of this without impacting your existing sales data.

If you choose to move ahead with the changes, you can easily copy them to the affected menu items.

We have just released our new dashboards that are now available on the WISK Web Portal.

These tabs show your venue's performance over time, comparing your data from each inventory period.

Hello there,

You can now link invoices you've received to purchase orders generated in WISK.

This allows you to close out any purchase orders if you didn't receive them via the "Adding an Invoice from a Purchase Order" flow.

For example, if you scan or upload an invoice to be processed by the WISK invoice processing team. Once the invoice has been added, you can link it to the purchase order.

This marks the purchase order as closed, and the items within it no longer go towards your "Pending Purchase Orders" count.
